Licences PDF Print E-mail

The licence path will depend upon your age and the type of machine you want to ride.

If you already hold a full car licence which was obtained before 1st Feb 2001, then you already have a provisional motorcycle entitlement allowing you to ride a moped (up to 50cc) without completing a CBT, however we do recommend everyone does a CBT, as it really is, essential basic training.
All others MUST pass a CBT before being allowed to ride a moped (up to 50cc) on L plates.
